The hotel was very quiet. Unfortunately, the food at the Bistro was not so great. The breakfast sandwich that I ordered was so overdone that I couldn't bite through the bun. I had to trash it. The cheesy bacon grits were bland, I think it may have had a half strip of bacon broken into pieces on top. A total waste of my money. The only good thing was the iced coffee they made using Starbucks products.

All the basics are covered and Marriot is my preferred choice when traveling.
Would leave 0 stars if I could. My husband and I booked this hotel the same day as our anticipated arrival. We had some car troubles and called to see if there was anything they could do since we were still over 3 hours away and wouldn't arrive until the middle of the night. The confirmation email said to call the hotel and there might be a cancellation fee which we would have been happy to pay. They told us there was nothing they could do and we would be charged the full amount of $160 if we didn't make it. We were planning to stay at a closer Marriott to avoid traveling so late with car troubles. They had plenty of rooms available and wouldn't have missed out on a customer taking our room. My family and I have been frequent Marriott guests and will never stay at one again. A little customer consideration would have gone a long way. We also asked to speak to a manager and they said they didn't have one all weekend. Only stay here if you want terrible customer service.

The room was what I expect from a Courtyard and no real complaints about that aside from opening a cabinet, a screw fell out. My bigger concern is with the bathroom. I was taking a shower and noticed the shower was filling up. I turned it off for a few minutes and it didn't seem to drain at all. I lifted the cover off the drain to find a mass of hair and probably soap scum or something clogging it. Very gross to be standing in that water. It was 3am and didn't feel like talking to anyone so I just cleaned it up myself and got things flowing. A bit later I went to brush my teeth and noticed a very long hair on the counter. My hair is less than an inch so it definitely wasn't mine. Those two things made me question the cleanliness of everything. I did explain it all to the front desk when I was checking out and they said they would have someone look at it (after I told them I cleaned it).
Food was delicious! It was clean and comfortable. We stayed here during a road trip and my Fitbit scored me the best sleep I’ve had in months (and we have a fancy mattress at home).
